What you now get for the low price of nothing extra: Unexpected Location Change alerts you if a vehicle moves while the ignition is off (read: it is being towed). Door Opened tells you instantly if a door opens during restricted hours. Trigger Vehicle Alarm lets you sound the alarm remotely when something looks off. And Fleet Start Inhibit remotely disables the ignition so a vehicle simply will not start. Available now across North America and Europe.

Alerts That Live Where You Actually Look

Security events are useless if they are hiding in a separate app you forgot you installed. Fragmented views slow response times and make everyone grumpy. Now, Vehicle Security Notifications surface things like unauthorized access and towing right in the main dashboard. No secondary app, no tab-switching scavenger hunt. Lock It Down Before the Key Ever Turns

Unauthorized use is expensive, and old-school security solutions often demand pricey hardware that can void your warranty. With Fleet Start Inhibit, you control when a vehicle can start straight from the platform, no hardware required. Send an immediate inhibit command, or set a schedule to lock vehicles down overnight or on weekends. Driver safety stays intact, your warranty stays intact, and would-be joyriders stay disappointed. Your Dashcam Footage, On Your Terms

Pulling footage off a dashcam SD card used to mean filing a request with support to unencrypt it, then waiting around at exactly the moment you could not afford to wait. Now you can toggle SD card encryption directly inside the software and get immediate access. It works across both Basic and Enhanced Dashcam tiers, and every dashcam setting now lives in one tidy section under Fleet Settings. Available now in North America.

Cap Speed Without Touching the Truck

Safety and fuel costs are constant pressures, and traditional speed limiters usually mean hardware installs and vehicle downtime nobody asked for. Top Speed Limiter is now live in Europe as an over-the-air solution that caps speeds on MY23+ Transit Custom diesels, straight from the platform. No aftermarket hardware, no shop visit. Safer driving, easier to enforce, simpler to scale. Now available in Europe to Telematics Software subscribers.

Chargers That Fix Themselves

Over on the Ford Pro Charging side, say hello to Automated Reset. It is a proactive recovery feature that spots specific, vetted charger fault codes and issues a remote reset to clear them, no human required. Smart safety gating means resets never interrupt an active charging session, and lockout logic prevents the dreaded infinite reboot loop on hardware with stubborn issues. Best part: it tells you when your charger has quietly fixed itself, and if it cannot, it automatically opens a support case and lets you know a human needs to step in. Available now in the US and Canada.
